This beautiful KOA, located in the Delta region of central California, combines the best of California boating with a great California RV Park. The numerous cabins and full hookup, shaded sites compliment 400 open and covered boat slips that give Delta boaters access to the meandering byways of the California Delta. With our specialty accommodation lodges, you may not even feel like you're roughing it.
Located on the central California coast only minutes from Lodi and Stockton, it's a great place for a family reunion or any group gathering. There's something for everyone including live music and dancing on weekends, all new children's playground and pet playground, movies under the stars, swimming pool and hot tub, banquet and meeting facilities and boat rentals.
The KOA is located on an old railroad shipping terminal. Crops grown in the area were shipped down the delta to San Francisco and beyond. Now the waterway is used for leisurely cruises to the city by the bay. Or take day trips to visit nearby Old Town Sacramento, the Half Dome at Yosemite National Park, the Winchester Mystery House in San Jose or Monterey's Cannery Row.

From the junction of I-5 and Highway 12, go just 5 miles west on Highway 12 to Tower Park Way on the left. KOA is located at Tower Park Resort on Highway 12 between Lodi and Rio Vista.
